Wedding Coordination & Management

A signature full service experience, including a stress-free planning process for the special couple. Save the time on spending hours researching and enjoy the engagement while we handle the rest.

Handoff of all wedding details at 60 days out and through completion of the wedding day, including review of vendor contracts and services.

Up to 4 formal planning scheduled meetings, including venue and rehearsal walkthrough

Unlimited communication within 60 days of the wedding

Primary contact for vendor communication and confirmation

Customized final planning checklist, curated detailed timelines, final layout of ceremony and reception

On-site wedding day management and execution up to 12 hours

Troubleshooting as needed

Post-wedding wrap up

Staff assistants will be available depending on the number of wedding guests
